John F. Woodley
President/CEO
John began his work in the technology sector in 1984. He began as a technician, programmer, and engineer, and is now a technology executive. John has always been on the front edge of technology, whether leading and managing major projects, developing applications, or designing global infrastructures for clients.
John is a very good communicator and has a knack for being able to find solutions to complex challenges. When clients really come to understand their environment, they often feel like they have a rack full of lemons: John helps get down to the core business issues and helps them make lemonade.
Under John’s leadership, Trusted Technologies has experienced significant growth during its first four years. He has guided the company from inception to a multimillion-dollar technology services organization.
John holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Nicholls State University.
Michael A. Kauders
Director of Operations
Mike brings a rich and unique background to our company and clients. Having served as a Roman Catholic priest at the Vatican, a Pastor, Canon Lawyer and Judge on the Metropolitan Tribunal Court of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Mike understands both the professional and personal needs our clients bring to the table as they search for solutions to their complex technology and personnel issues. In Mike’s second career he was an organizational development psychologist and founder of Commonwealth International University in San Diego.
As Trusted Technologies’ Director of Operations, Mike is responsible for managing the day-to-day business of the company.
A lifetime of serving others has given him the objectivity to assess our clients’ needs. Once he understands the end goal he manages the development and delivery of our services to our clients, making sure that their experience (not just their IT services), is managed well.
Mike holds graduate and post-graduate degrees in philosophy, theology, business administration, and organizational development psychology.
Daniel Schiavone
Director of Application Development
Dan is a proven developer with 12+ years of application development and system administration experience. He has worked as a Senior Applications Developer, Technical Lead, and a Consultant. For the past four years, Dan has led Trusted Technologies’ application development efforts, directing implementation and deployment across myriad platforms including IBM/Lotus Notes/Domino, Microsoft Visual Basic and Microsoft.Net, Java and Open Source Platforms, (LAMP) and AJAX. Dan is well versed in multiple operating systems, programming languages, and networking protocols, and his ability to coolly lead and deliver progressive and creative solutions for our client partners is core to Trusted Technologies’ value proposition to our clients.
A gifted and creative artist, Dan holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Syracuse University, New York and the University of Arizona, respectively.
David Fender
Director of Network Services
David is one of the founding members of Trusted Technologies. Building successful client relationships through impeccable customer service and quality engineering is at the core of David’s skill set. He is a senior engineer who has proven himself over the course of 10 years in the commercial and government sectors, constantly honing and expanding his technical knowledge. He has designed and administered global IBM/Lotus Domino messaging infrastructures for 9+ years and has extensive knowledge of networking and Operating System technologies. David is, in a word, steady. He’s quick on the uptake, creative and ultimately… reliable.
As Director of Network Services, Dave is responsible for managing and providing top-level network services and solutions. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University. He is also a certified IBM/Lotus CLP, MCSA, and MCSE.
